Shipping And Handling
Unless otherwise stated, delivery will be made by standard Royal Mail packet delivery. Orders over £50.00 or with a weight in excess of 2kg may need to be sent via a different method. We will endeavour to contact you to confirm these arrangements as and when needed. We regret we are currently unable to process non-UK orders through the website. Delivery Schedule
We always aim to despatch any order on the day the order was made, but where goods are not in stock and a lead time greater than 2 days is expected, we will take measures to notify you of the expected delivery time. You must inform us upon receipt if the goods have been damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. Any item signed for in good condition, that is later found to be broken, cannot be claimed as broken in transit. If you are in any doubts as to whether a product may have been damaged in transit, please ask the delivery person to wait whilst you inspect the item. If they are unable to wait, please refuse delivery and contact us to explain your concerns. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will notify you of the expected lead time and at this stage you can of course decide to cancel the order. Should you decide to cancel your order, any monies already taken will be refunded to you as soon as possible.

Returns Policy
Your right to return goods is protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods so you should take out adequate postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or wrongly described. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future. These terms do not affect your legal rights which are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee, and most products have a one year warranty. In the event of any dissatisfaction arising, we ask that you contact us in writing to explain the concerns and we will aim to issue a response in writing within 3 days. Any item believed to be faulty, where possible, must be returned to us for testing to determine the fault. Any item deemed as faulty will be replaced free of charge. Any postage cost incurred by you the customer, to return an item found to be faulty, will also be refunded to you or credited to your account.
