Ordering and methods of payment

Online - Products on this website can be ordered and paid for online securely using pay pal. Payment can be made through pay pal using a pay pal account, visa card, master card, switch and solo debit cards.

Postage

Postage and packaging is FREE on all products delivered within the UK and prices are fully inclusive. For delivery prices outside the UK please contact us for price options.

VAT

We are a VAT registered company and all prices on this website are inclusive of VAT @ 15.0%, and a VAT invoice will be issued with all orders.

Delivery

We can deliver to any destination although our prices on this website include delivery to UK only. For deliveries outside the UK please contact us to confirm delivery times and prices to individual destinations. Please allow up to 7 working days for dispatch and delivery of your goods although items are generally dispatched within 24 hours. We will contact you if dispatch and delivery is expected to exceed 7 days.

Faulty goods

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if you believe your product is faulty by either email or telephone (full contact details will be provided with all orders).
